Cocktail flights are 2026's biggest bar trend. Ours is 990 RSD.

The drink of the year is small. Across the bar world, 2026 has become the year of the tiny pour: mini martinis, 3-ounce "snack-size" cocktails, and tasting flights that let you try three drinks instead of committing to one. New York's Delmonico's, Pastis and a growing list of bars in Nashville, Atlanta and Brooklyn have shrunk the serve; Resy named the "tiny 'tini" a defining trend of the year. We've been pouring this format since the day we opened — it's the Set of 3 Cocktails on our menu, and it costs 990 dinars.

Why the world went small

Three reasons, and they're all showing up in Belgrade too. People are drinking less — nearly half of Americans say they plan to cut back, with younger drinkers leading the shift. Cocktails in big cities now push 5, so a full-size drink has become a real decision rather than a reflex. And guests want variety and an experience: a flight lets you taste, compare and talk about it, which is exactly what a night out is for. Industry trend reports put "tiny pours and tasting menus" at the top of the 2026 list, next to theatrical, shareable serves.

What our Set of 3 actually is

Three small signature cocktails, chosen and built by the head bartender — not a fixed trio, but a short tour of what's good tonight. On most evenings that means one bright and citrusy (the Čin-tonic on anchan-flower gin), one rich and dark (a mini Serbian Breakfast, smoke included), and one from the wilder end of the list. Each is a few sips, which is the point: enough to understand the drink, not so much that you've stopped tasting by the third.

The price comparison that surprised us

One 3-ounce "Tiny Pour" in Paris goes for about €7–8. One drink. Our Set of 3 is 990 RSD — roughly €8.50 for three. We didn't plan it as an answer to the global trend, but it's hard to find a better example of why Belgrade is one of Europe's best-value cocktail cities right now. Full pours on our list run 750–990 RSD if you want the opposite problem.

How to order it well

Tell the bartender what you usually like — gin or rum, sweet or dry, dessert or savoury — and let them pick. Order one set for the table before anyone commits to a full drink; it's a cheap way to settle the "what should I get" conversation. And if one of the three wins, it's on the menu full-size.

Where to find it

Čin Čin is a cocktail and wine bar at Radoslava Grujića 28 in Vračar, a short walk from the Temple of Saint Sava. Open Tuesday to Sunday from 18:00, closed Mondays. Weekends fill up — book a table if you want the bar seats, where the flight is best watched being made.
